This innovative device dramatically enhances the versatility of the F35 creating every time different textures (with 3 different diamond tools on board with automatic change) and unique effects based on the design, the used diamond tool and on the related synchronized rotation speed and the chosen feed rate.
COIL DRAGGING
The most productive solution for diamond-cutting and final cut in a loop of pendants on coils of different thickness and material, even in unattended operation and, thanks to the auto-alignment feature, on both sides too.
SATIN DEVICE
This accessory has interchangeable heads with different tools to produce very quickly shiny and matt patterns, saving a lot of time in the preparation of the base of coils and sheets before applying diamond-cutting, engraving and final cut.
TAPPING DEVICE
This tapper is a device that can be mounted in place of the polishing or mini diamond cutting machine.
It allows tapping with any type of tap, but the tool change is manual.
This rigid tapping is much faster than the turbillonage tapping available with the standard high frequency spindle.
MINI DIAMOND HEAD
This NC-controlled and two-axis synchronized device offers additional customization capabilities by generating innovative finishes and achieving narrow design patterns depending on which diamond wheels, brushes and parameters are used.
PEN DEVICE
It gives an unique touch and a priceless effect to even the most common writing instruments by customizing their body with engraved and diamond-cut textures, patterns, texts and drawings easily created with PiGreco CAD-CAM.
ROTARY AXIS
With this optional device the versatility of the F1 is almost doubled since it enables to manufacture and customize, by means of the dedicated brass collets, flat rings and bangles in addition to pendants and any other item out of coil and sheet being done on the other half of the worktable.
GUILLOCHE
Antique ornamental, hand-made techniques are made available today by Guilloché, developed to easily generate accurate, intricate and repetitive patterns of lines with fine detail, without the need of being a professional engraver.
TURBINE
This device works at extremely high rotational speed with a very small tool and combines low vibrations and absolute run-out precision to efficiently carry out the cutting of precious metal sheets at high cutting feed rates.
